Managing Kiosk Terminals

Once a terminal is enrolled, you look after it from the terminal itself for maintenance and from the terminals table to remove it.

  1. Copy the terminal’s maintenance password from the terminals table.

In the portal, open Client settings, Kiosk. Each terminal has its own password in the Maintenance password column. The copy icon copies it.

Click the info button in the top corner of the terminal to see its name, computer name, operating system, Remotle version, support code and network adapters, with the IP address, gateway, DNS servers and MAC address of each. Copy details copies them as text.
