Using Remotle
Remotle: Connection Figures
Press F3 during a session to show live connection figures. Press F3 again to hide them.
| Figure | Meaning |
|---|---|
| fps | Frames per second reaching your screen |
| Mbps | Video bitrate |
| ms | Latency between your device and your workstation |
The bottom line shows the resolution and codec, for example 3840 × 2160 · H.265 4:4:4.
Status
Section titled “Status”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Good | The session is running normally. |
| Idle | Nothing on the screen is changing. |
| Reduced quality | Remotle has lowered the picture quality to keep up with the connection. |
| Catching up | Remotle is recovering after a delay. |
| Network delay | Data is arriving late. |
| Heavy packet loss | Much of the data is being lost on the network. |
| Limited bandwidth | Mac only. The connection cannot carry the full picture. |
| Waiting for the host | Your workstation has not sent a new picture yet. |
| Not connected | The session is not connected. |
Copy the figures
Section titled “Copy the figures”Press Ctrl+F3 (Command+F3 on a Mac) to copy the figures as text. Paste them into a message to support.
