Workstations
The Workstations tab lists every workstation in your organisation, its status and who it is assigned to.
The list refreshes every 30 seconds.
Find a workstation
Section titled “Find a workstation”Type in Search name, user, address, GPU… to filter the list. A number on its own finds the workstation with that number.
Click a column heading to sort by it. Click the filter icon on a column to filter by it:

| Assigned | Text in the user’s email address. Type unassigned to find workstations with no user. |
Active filters show as chips above the list. Click Clear all to remove them.
Status
Section titled “Status”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Available | Not assigned to anyone. |
| Assigned | Assigned to a user. |
| Deploying | Being set up. |
| Maintenance | Under maintenance. Users cannot connect. |
| Pending Handover | Being prepared for a new user. Users cannot connect. |
| Offline | Not connected to Computle. |
| Decommissioned | Taken out of service. |
Actions are only available for Available and Assigned workstations.
Workstation details
Section titled “Workstation details”Click a workstation to open its details: processor, memory, disk, graphics card, and time between restarts.
Connect to a workstation
Section titled “Connect to a workstation”Open the ⋯ menu on a workstation and click Remote Connect. Remotle opens and connects.
Export the list
Section titled “Export the list”Click CSV to download the workstations you are currently viewing. Filters apply to the export.
