Getting Started
Remotle: Download and Install
This guide is for end users installing Remotle on their own device. To deploy Remotle to many devices, see Deploying the Client.
All current versions, with release notes and SHA-256 checksums, are on the download page: https://softwaredownloads.oncomputle.com/download. The links below always download the current Stable version.
Install

Download the Windows installer.

Open the downloaded file.

Click Install.
Windows asks for permission to make changes. Click Yes.

When setup finishes, open Computle (Remotle) from the Start menu or the desktop.
Download ComputleRemotle.pkg.

Download the Mac installer.

Open the downloaded file and follow the steps.
The installer asks for an administrator password.

Open Computle (Remotle) from Applications.

Download the package for your device.

Install it from a terminal:
sudo apt install ./computle-stream_<version>_<arch>.deb -
Open Computle (Remotle) from your applications menu.
On an Orange Pi 5, restart the device once after installing to turn on hardware decoding.
Search for Computle on the App Store.
- Open the App Store and search for Computle.
- Install the app.
- Open Computle and sign in.
